Job Description
MarcelTech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive for the night shift. In this role, you will oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations while maintaining HR records. Support payroll processing and assist the HR Manager with administrative tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in the IT sector.
- Strong recruitment and payroll management skills.
- Excellent communication and organization skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00/month
