Job Description

Location: Airport (Karachi)

Shift Timings: Rotational (A, B, C Shifts)

Job Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise HR operations across all shifts.
• Manage employee attendance and discipline.
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR queries.
• Maintain shift-wise HR records and ensure compliance with policies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 2+ years of HR supervisory experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.

Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
