Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in the textiles and garments industry. The ideal candidate will manage HR functions and provide essential administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Support performance management processes.
• Administer benefits and manage leave requests.
• Oversee daily office operations and supplies.
• Plan and organize company events and meetings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven HR and admin experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
