Job Description
Globe Call Centre (SMC-PRIVATE) Ltd is currently hiring Taxi Dispatchers with at least one year of direct experience in dispatch operations, particularly in cab or transportation services. If you are organized, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign cabs to meet service requests.
- Coordinate driver schedules and routes.
- Communicate with drivers and customers.
- Log trip and performance details.
- Ensure compliance with regulations.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
