Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and friendly Relationship Assistant at The Flash Review. In this role, you will engage with clients, answer their inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, or chat
- Address questions and manage complaints
- Provide clear information on our services
- Maintain records of client interactions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure exceptional service
Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong communication skills
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Experience in support or call center preferred
