Job Description
Location: Main Murree Road, Rawalpindi (On-site)
Shift Timing: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
Experience Required: 2+ years in HR roles
Industry: Tech, Civil Engineering or BPO
We are hiring a confident and proactive HR Executive to independently manage employee relations and foster a performance-driven culture at Spell Link.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee grievances
- Conduct performance evaluations and training activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and payroll management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR or related field
- Minimum 2 years HR experience, preferably in night operations
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
