Job Description
Leopards Courier Services Pvt Ltd is seeking a proactive IT Support Engineer to maintain our IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations through effective management of hardware and software systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair IT hardware.
- Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity.
- Install and configure Windows OS.
- Assist with MySQL database issues.
- Support desktop applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 1+ years of IT support experience.
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and networking.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
