Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven National Sales Manager to lead sales operations across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Construction, Ceramics, or FMCG industry, with proven expertise in driving revenue growth and managing large sales teams.
Key Responsibilities: Develop national sales strategies, oversee sales teams, maintain relationships with distributors, monitor performance, manage pricing and promotions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or related field, 10+ years of progressive sales experience, strong leadership skills, and willingness to travel extensively.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs300,00 – Rs400,00 per month | Location: In-person
