Job Description
Indigo Developers is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to manage the recovery of outstanding payments related to hotel operations. Responsibilities include timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and following up while preserving client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage clients for payments.
- Negotiate payment settlements.
- Maintain recovery case records.
- Coordinate with legal and operations teams.
- Prepare recovery reports.
- Handle sensitive situations tactfully.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree preferred, 2 years experience, strong negotiation skills. Job Type: Full-time | Salary: $50,00 – $70,00/month
