Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Billing Recovery Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment of outstanding balances. Your primary duties will include contacting clients to follow up on invoices, negotiating payment plans, and resolving billing discrepancies.
