Job Description

Usman Memorial Hospital (UMH) is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated candidate for the position of Manager of Human Resources.

Qualifications: MBA (HR) or equivalent relevant qualification.

Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in a similar role within a reputable hospital preferred.

Responsibilities: Achieve HR targets, ensure compliance, develop policies, manage payroll, recruitment, and enhance HR strategies.
