GrowthRatio Solutions is seeking a smart, proactive, and experienced Real Estate Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with Western companies or international clients from the USA, Europe, or Australia, along with a solid understanding of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Post property listings on the MLS
- Draft and send follow-up emails
- Assist with negotiations
- Make professional follow-up calls
- Write engaging property descriptions
- Manage social media postings
- Provide regular client updates
Job Details: Part-Time, In-Office, Monday to Friday, evening to night shift. Pay is competitive.
