Job Description
The Rafi Group Land Development is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Manager for Administration & Management Support. The ideal candidate will develop and implement SOPs, lead security operations for BOD residences and corporate offices, and evaluate staff performance through regular assessments.
This role involves media monitoring, managing operational budgets, overseeing asset management, and facilitating corporate customer events. Additionally, the individual will build relationships with government bodies for regulatory approvals and promote sustainability within operations.
Location: Head Office, Lahore
Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration with 10-12 years of senior leadership experience in administration and security operations.
