Job Description

Join CloudRCM Solutions as a Customer Service Representative! In this role, you will manage incoming calls, assist clients, and build strong relationships with healthcare providers. Your responsibilities include conducting cold calls to potential clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction. A solid understanding of medical billing processes and NPI lookup expertise is essential. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, confidence in cold calling, and effective time management abilities. This full-time position is based in Bahria Town Phase 7, with working hours from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
