Job Description
Soothmedia Technologies (Pvt.) Ltd. is on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team. The selected candidate will maintain and troubleshoot our office network, CCTV systems, attendance machines, and server infrastructure, while providing general IT support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and troubleshoot network infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Install and manage CCTV systems
- Support attendance/biometric machines
- Maintain server performance and backups
- Provide IT support for hardware and software issues
Requirements: DAE in Electronics (preferred), strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
