Job Description
In this role, you will identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork daily, generate leads, and engage potential clients through LinkedIn outreach. You will develop customized proposals and pitch decks to secure new projects while maintaining optimized company profiles for maximum visibility.
We’re looking for candidates with proven experience in B2B sales or freelance platform management. A strong understanding of Upwork bidding strategies and LinkedIn lead generation is essential. Excellent communication skills and compelling proposal writing are a must. This is a full-time in-person position with a pay starting from Rs50,00.00 per month.
