Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Chat Support Representative to join Promethium. The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, a professional demeanor, and a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
Key responsibilities include providing real-time chat support, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and collaborating with team members. A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support is required.
We offer a competitive salary of Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month, a friendly work environment, and opportunities for growth.
Location: Onsite in Gulberg 2 Lahore. Expected Start Date: 15/08/2025.
