Salary: PKR 40,00 – PKR 45,00/month + PKR 20,00 Incentives
Schedule: Monday-Saturday (6PM-2AM or 10PM-6AM PKT)
Responsibilities:
- Assist international customers via phone/email/chat
- Build lasting client relationships
- Promote company products worldwide
- Collaborate for efficient issue resolution
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in international customer service
- Fluency in professional English
- Availability for night shift options
- Knowledge of CRM systems preferred
