Job Description
Expert BOS is seeking a highly capable Country Manager to lead our operations in Pakistan. This full-time role involves managing all back-office activities, including recruitment, HR, and team leadership. You will act as the main link between local operations and global leadership, ensuring smooth and profitable business management.
Key responsibilities: overseeing daily operations, leading the team, managing HR processes, handling lease agreements, and optimizing workflows. The ideal candidate should have over 7 years of management experience, especially in BPO or multinational environments, with strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Pay ranges from Rs350,00.00 to Rs500,00.00 per month. Proficiency in English is required. Join us to make a difference!
