Job Description
H&S Real Estate is looking for an IT Support Technician to join our team! In this role, you will provide IT assistance to our staff, resolve queries, and ensure that all systems are functioning efficiently. Key responsibilities include monitoring hardware and software performance, updating software, upgrading hardware, maintaining databases, and ensuring system security.
We require candidates to have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, along with 3-5 years of experience as an IT support specialist. Strong knowledge of computer systems and exceptional communication skills are essential.
