Job Description
Power Highway is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a MTO (Multifunctional Task Operator). In this role, you will be responsible for handling daily online orders, ensuring customer satisfaction by attending to queries via phone and email, and confirming payments.
Your duties will also include dispatching orders and tracking their status through courier companies, while keeping customers updated throughout the process.
