Job Description
Domino’s Pizza is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of “Executive HR.” This role requires extensive traveling within the city and outstation.
Qualification: BBA/MBA
Experience: 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
Location: Islamabad
Main Accountabilities:
- Assist in day-to-day hiring processes.
- Maintain employee documentation and issue required letters.
- Coordinate attendance, turnover, absenteeism, and other related issues.
- Resolve employee queries on a daily basis.
Competencies & Skills:
- Strong command of MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
