Job Description
Cloud Rexpo Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Night Shift HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in recruitment and employee engagement, along with a solid grasp of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes, including postings and onboarding.
- Update HR records and maintain databases.
- Assist in developing HR policies.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 1–3 years HR experience, strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
