Position Overview:
Osynix Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager for our leading bakery and sweets chain in Gujranwala. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food retail operations and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee operations, manage staff, monitor inventory, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Enhance customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of food retail management experience, proven sales growth, strong knowledge of food hygiene, and excellent communication skills.
