Job Description
SmartHCM is seeking to hire Interns for our Sales Department (female candidates preferred) specialized in selling business software and IT services.
This entry-level position aims to assist in closing sales under a sales manager.
Preferred candidates will have 1 year of sales experience and a bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include lead generation, developing proposals, achieving sales targets, and addressing customer inquiries.
Benefits: weekends off, commission-based pay, career growth, and flexible hours.
Job Type: Internship (6-month contract). Location: In-person in Karachi.
