Job Description
Translation Empire PK is seeking a motivated Recruiter Intern to support our talent acquisition efforts. You will assist in sourcing, screening, and engaging with top technical talent.
- Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing and coordinating interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Utilize platforms like Workable ATS and LinkedIn for candidate sourcing.
Requirements: MA/BA Degree in Psychology, HR, or a related field; basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Work Mode: In-office, 10am-7pm, DHA Sector F Rwp. Salary is market competitive.
