Job Description
We are seeking a talented Senior HR Executive to join our team at Arthur Lawrence. This role involves conducting and supervising recruitment activities, managing CV databases, and overseeing onboarding processes. You will generate essential documents such as offer letters, and manage employee evaluations and settlements.
The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and possess at least three years of related experience. Exceptional communication skills and proficiency in HR reporting tools are required.
This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs80,00.00 to Rs110,00.00 per month, along with medical insurance, a performance bonus, and more. Shift hours are from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM or 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
