Responsibilities:

• Create comprehensive sales plans to achieve targets.
• Build strong relationships with high-value clients.
• Lead sales teams to meet individual and team targets.
• Conduct market research and analyze sales performance.
• Identify new business opportunities.

Eligibility:

• 15 years in sales, preferably in FMCG or food.
• 8 years in the oil ghee industry.
• Excellent communication skills required.
