Job Description
Interact Global is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Senior HR Generalist to support our daily Human Resources operations. In this role, you will manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruitment processes and onboarding.
- Maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage employee records and ensure policy compliance.
- Oversee performance reviews and development plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business, 4-6 years of HR experience, strong knowledge of HR laws.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month | Work Location: In person
