Job Description
LAPS School Franchise Head Office is urgently seeking a highly competitive Female Sales Executive for its Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential markets for franchise expansion.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new franchise partners.
- Generate leads through networking, events, online channels, and cold calling.
- Conduct market analysis and feasibility studies.
- Maintain strong relationships with franchisees.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly acquisition targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/MBA in Sales/Marketing/Business Development.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience at a reputed school.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Salary: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
