Job Description

WOWJI Private Limited is seeking an HR Executive to manage daily HR operations at our head office and coordinate with site teams. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, payroll inputs, HR documentation, and employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/MBA in HR or a related field with 2–3 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and HRIS systems is required, along with excellent communication skills in English and Urdu.
