Job Description
Shafaq n Kami is expanding our team and seeking energetic, confident, female call center agents who are passionate about customer service. We welcome applicants from students or freshers, as well as those with 6 months to 1 year of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Assist customers with inquiries and complaints.
- Maintain call logs and update data in our system.
