Job Description
RissoX is seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to the CEO to provide executive-level support and ensure the smooth operation of daily business activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with fintech or financial services experience being a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
– Serve as the primary contact between the CEO and stakeholders.
– Manage the CEO’s calendar and coordinate meetings.
– Prepare reports and correspondence.
– Conduct research to support strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Finance.
– 3–5 years of executive support experience, preferably in fintech.
– Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
