Job Description
Experts Communication is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in customer service or call centers, and possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
Salary: 40,00 – 60,00 PKR
Location: North Nazimabad, Block A, Karachi
Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Fresh graduates with strong English skills are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Handle calls, provide support, resolve inquiries, and meet sales targets.
Requirements
1 year experience, strong communication skills, flexibility for night shifts.
