Job Description
Fiesta Consultants is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Upwork Bidder to join our in-house team in Multan. The ideal candidate will bid on and secure Front-end and Back-end development projects through Upwork and other freelancing platforms. Responsibilities include daily bidding on programming projects, crafting compelling proposals, coordinating with our technical team, and meeting acquisition targets.
We offer a basic salary of Rs. 25,00/month with performance-based bonuses ranging from Rs. 35,00 to Rs. 55,00 depending on monthly Upwork withdrawals.
Requirements: Prior Upwork experience, basic web development knowledge, excellent written English communication, and a willingness to work on-site in Multan.
