Job Description
The Citizens Foundation (TCF) is seeking a detail-oriented Officer – HR Services to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for verifying employee data, handling appointments, salary revisions, and promotions. Effective communication and follow-ups with relevant stakeholders are essential.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate employee records, assisting the payroll team, resolving payroll inquiries, and ensuring timely salary payments. Required skills include proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication abilities. A BBA or MBA is preferred. Fresh graduates to those with 6 months of experience are encouraged to apply.
This is an in-person, full-time or contract position.
