Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with order-related questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback.
- Support order processing and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with departments for smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Located near E-11, Islamabad.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer skills; quick learners welcome.
- Previous customer support experience is a plus.
