Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Make phone calls to brief new customers about real estate projects.
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values.
- Set appointments and arrange site visits.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to nurture relationships and convert leads into clients.
- Log call details, lead information, and updates accurately in our CRM.
- Provide clients with valuable insight on properties, market trends, and company services.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
- Minimum of 6 months experience in real estate.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently.
- Comfortable with on-camera engagements for social media.
