Job Description
We’re not just hiring a lead generation expert — we’re looking for a growth partner who’s ready to scale with us. As a newly launched design agency, Artivize, we want someone who is eager to grow alongside us.
What You’ll Do:
- Reach out via cold DMs to convert leads into clients.
- Generate and close leads on Upwork, LinkedIn, and similar platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
- Run meetings, pitch services, and close deals with confidence.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Sales experience in the design/creative industry.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proven ability to convert leads into clients.
Timing: 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM
