About Us: Promize Zone Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Client Communications Coordinator (VA) to enhance our client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide timely case status updates to clients.
- Answer client questions and relay important messages to attorneys.
- Ensure attendees at medical appointments.
- Collect necessary documents for attorneys.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service experience.
- 2-3 years of prior client coordination or legal support experience (preferred).
