Job Description
A leading Telecom Company, ASK Development Pvt Limited, seeks an Online Technical Support Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, email, or support systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, or connectivity issues remotely.
- Guide customers with step-by-step solutions and product usage assistance.
- Document technical interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Requirements:

- Education: BS in IT/CS/Electrical Engineering (Graduate)
Salary: Rs37,00 – Rs50,00 per month (performance-based incentives available).
