Job Description
We’re seeking an organized and customer-focused Admin/Customer Relationship Officer to join our team at Raja Group of Companies in Saddar. As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll manage client relationships, divert inquiries to relevant departments, and maintain office operations.
Key Responsibilities: Greeting clients, making follow-up calls, managing attendance records, preparing for meetings, and ensuring a positive office environment.
Requirements: Excellent communication skills, fluency in English, professional demeanor, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills.
