Salesphere is hiring a dedicated Customer Service Representative for our E-Commerce store. You will respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram, resolve issues related to customer orders, and ensure an excellent customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers through various social media platforms.
- Address and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Report logistics and courier service issues.
