Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Freight Broker to join our logistics team. The Freight Broker will serve as the liaison between shippers and carriers, managing the transportation of goods efficiently while ensuring profitability and solid business relationships. The ideal candidate has excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record in logistics and freight management.
Key Responsibilities include developing relationships with shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, managing the freight brokerage process, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Qualifications:
1–3+ years of experience in freight brokerage, a strong understanding of the freight industry, and excellent negotiation skills are required.
