Job Description
As a Senior Sales Associate, you will achieve non-retail sales targets through market visits, promoting our innovative paint products. Your role includes opening new 3S centers and dealerships, maintaining dealer relationships, and tracking industry trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree. Experience: 1-2 years in sales, preferably in the paint or auto-related industry.
Compensation: Fixed monthly salary of Rs50,00.00 – Rs55,00.00, plus incentives, allowances, and benefits.
