Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to oversee janitorial staff and ensure smooth operations at The Hive. Key responsibilities include supervising cleanliness, managing inventory, coordinating with vendors, setting up meeting rooms, and assisting with event organization. You will also perform daily inspections and handle any administrative issues that arise.
Ideal candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in an Administration role, a basic understanding of office clerical operations, and the ability to multi-task. Experience in managing janitorial staff is preferred.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
