Job Description
Join Micromech Instruments Corporation Pvt. Ltd. as an HR Executive! In this role, you will manage recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning across all levels of the organization. You will oversee employee relations, training, and performance evaluation processes, while maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate reporting to management on workforce status and HR activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs50,00.00 per month
Work Location: In person, Sialkot (Preferred). Ability to commute or relocate with an employer-provided relocation package is a plus.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
Language: Strong English language speaking skills (Preferred)
