Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shrink/Stretch Machine Supervisor to join our team at Gourmet Foods. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of shrink-wrapping machines, preferably with a focus on 3-layer systems.
Your key responsibilities will include leading and training a team to meet production goals, ensuring high-quality packaging, and quickly resolving any issues that arise with the machines or the packaging process.
Eligible applicants will possess a DAE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Polymer Engineering and have 3-5 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time, in-person position.
