Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and reliable Floor Manager to oversee daily floor operations. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent customer service, smooth workflow, and effective team management to meet sales and service targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor staff during operational hours.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth operations.
- Monitor performance and provide training.
- Resolve customer queries swiftly.
- Maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Prepare daily performance and sales reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
Compensation: PKR 50,00 – 70,00/month. Full-time position for a 24-month contract.
