Position: QC Executive – Call Center
Location: Rawalpindi / Islamabad
Schedule: Monday – Friday (Night Shift)

About the Role:
As a QC Executive, you will monitor calls, evaluate performance, and ensure quality and compliance standards. Your role is vital for maintaining exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate calls for performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to scripts and guidelines.
- Provide constructive feedback to agents.
- Document issues and prepare reports.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience, with prior call center QC experience preferred.
